4 INSPECTION OF REAL ESTATE -

IMPORTANT INSPECTION INFORMATION:  The Kentucky Modern Firearms deer season will open at daylight on Nov. 11th, 2017. The auction ends Thursday, Nov. 16th @ 3:00 PM CST. Please, if inspecting the real estate during the deer firearms season, wear Hunter's Blaze Orange. 5 PAYMENT -

A $5,000.00 deposit will be required within 24 hours of the online auction ending time. The deposit to be made in the form of cash, cashiers’ check, personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing deposit funds or wire transfer. Balance due on or before December 15th, 2017 by 4:00 PM CST. TAXES: 2017 taxes paid by seller. POSSESSION: Date of new deed transfer only. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price.

6 MAXIMUM BID -

When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price does not automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will increase as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified. If you place your bid in the “Jump Bid” selection box, your bid will jump to the entered amount and will then be the current bid. Unless a bidder had previously entered and amount equal or greater to the amount you entered.
